Sundays have become treasured time around our house. We are missing our daddy so much these days! When he is here, we are loving every drop out of him!
Lucy had been in and out of the house, gathering items, and I wasn’t sure what she was doing. I looked out the front window and saw this.
These sweet girls were all set up in the front yard trying to collect money for the “poor people” She waved her flag, and rang her bell (which was her bicycle bell).
They eventually added in jump roping to attract some attention!
I am so proud to have such kind caring kiddos!
I recently heard someone say that Gratitude is paid through service, and sometimes it is our children who show us just how simple that can be. We will be focusing on giving and serving this holiday season, and remembering what it’s really all about!
