Fun Run!

Anna was super excited to run in this years Fun Run! She has not missed a year yet! She ran her little heart out!

Lucy ran the whole race!

Anna did not finish first, but was definitely in the top 20!

We knew she didn’t place in the top three, so we didn’t think she would get an award, so we went ahead and left since we had to be somewhere else. I noticed that they had torn her name off of the bottom of her number, but didn’t think anything of it.

The next day at school her friend Morgan, who placed first, told Anna that they called her name out for a medal, and that she wasn’t there!!!!!

Anna was so upset! We are going to call around, and see if we can figure out a way to get this girl her medal, and find out what place she had. I don’t know if they award top 20, or top 14, or just top 10. We will see!

It was definitely a Fun Run!
