Anna’s Last Day of First Grade!

Today was Anna’s last day of first grade!

We have counted down the days, and the day finally came!

Ms. Gamble was a WONDERFUL teacher. We will miss her dearly!!

We headed straight to Bruster’s Ice Cream after school to celebrate!!

We jammed to “Schools out for Summer” turned up and the windows down all the way there!!

          Anna was trying not to sneeze in that last picture!!

When we got home, they played outside the rest of the day. One of our neighbors came over and Anna enjoyed some softball!

When we came inside, Daddy had come home from work and surprised her with flowers and a carrot cake (her favorite!)

We are so proud of her for such a great year! We will definitely miss 1st grade, but we are going to enjoy our summer break, and then watch out 2nd grade because here she comes!!
